The ginger is a meter-pile perennial and belongs to the spice family. It has a powerful soil frame and one to one and a half meters high shot with two-sided leaves. The flowers go in yellow and purple. The spice comes from the soil trunks as sun-dried. They are hard and strong aromatic. However, dried ginger loses its sharp taste and has only left her aroma. Ginger is used fresh or dried and fits well both to sweet and non-sweet dishes. It is also used in many liqueurs, confectionery, jams and in drinks such as Ginger Ale. Ginger is also an important ingredient in many spice mixes, including in curry. Use ginger to meat and oriental dishes, but also to pastries, desserts and gingerbread.
