Bread & Cookies

Ever since the Iron Age, there has been bread in Sweden. But at that time, the supply might not have been quite as large as it is today. Gingerbread, on the other hand, took a little longer to begin with in Sweden, in 1444, more specifically.

Some of the classics that exist today are Leksandsknäcke, Polarbrod in many different shapes and tastes, Singoalla, Delicato balls, Majskakor and much more.

If possible, we always try to send soft/fresh bread at the beginning of the week.
