Our webshop is opened 24/7 all year long, except for the dates below:
Mars 23rd - April 3rd - Easter break and system updates. We will recharge our batteries during the Easter. Additionally we will make some updates to our systems. During this time, it is not possible to place any orders, but it is possible to fill up your shopping cart and then complete your order when we are back. We will respond sporadically to emails during this period. All orders placed up to and including Mars 22nd will be shipped before we take our break.
June 20th - June 27th - Closed for Midsummer vacation. During this period, the online store is closed, and we take the opportunity to rest and recharge a little bit :)
July 18th - July 21st - Parts of the workforce are away and we will therefore only be able to send a small amount of orders. But we'll soon be back at full strength
September 22nd - September 24th - We are taking a few days off to purchase and add some Christmas goods for the webshop :)
October 6th - October 8th - Charging our batteries for the upocoming Christmas rush :)
November 10th - November 17th - Our most important member of the packaging team, Janet, is going to have surgery. As a result, we need to temporarily close for new orders for a period of time to avoid long delays. Orders placed before November 10th will be shipped as scheduled. We hope for your understanding.
December 13th - January 1st (2024) - Christmas vacation. Online shop closed and no orders can be placed. All orders placed before December 13th will be sent before we take our leave. More details about our closing over Christmas can be found here.
