How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by a number of factors. Where you live, how heavy the package is and also on which shipping option you choose.

Details of exactly how much the shipping will cost can be found in the shopping cart or at checkout after you have chosen country and entered postal/zip code.

How do I pay?
Currently you can pay by card, Paypal or bank transfer. We accept the most common cards such as VISA and MasterCard. Payments are made through Stripe or Paypal, which are our payment services. How long will it take for the goods to arrive?
Like the cost of shipping, it depends on a few different factors. Where you live and what shipping option you have chosen.
Normal delivery time within Europe is 2-5 business days using UPS Standard and 1 business day using UPS Saver or UPS Express.
Outside of Europe, normal delivery time using UPS Saver or UPS Express is 2-5 business days. UPS Expedited is available as an alternative outside of Europe and the delivery time is normally 4-8 working days.
Please note that we may have a turnaround time of 1-3 working days depending on the number of current orders and if any of the ordered products are temporarily out of stock.
However, our goal is always to send the goods as soon as possible, and we always make sure to notify you if a delay occurs.

I want to order a large quantity of the same item, is it possible?
Yes, it's possile! We have fixed discounts if you order 4 or more of the same item and an additional discount if you order more than 8 of the same item.
In case of larger quantities, or if many customers have ordered the same item during a short period of time, the delivery time can increase by 1-2 business days.
If this happens, we always make sure to notify you by email about the delay.

I miss a product, can you arrange it?
We always do our best to offer all the products you miss :)
Often it is possible to arrange, but sometimes not.

Chilled products, how does it work?
Right now we are testing a solution to offer chilled products to parts of the world. Unfortunately we cannot send or offer refrigerated goods. Laws and regulations require that the refrigeration chain must not be broken during transport due to the risk of food poisoning, etc.
However, we are looking feverishly for opportunities to deliver refrigerated goods, but for the time being this is not possible.

Can I get a discount?
Some discounts are available automatically. Many products become cheaper per pack if you order more than one item.
Details about the prices can be obtained by clicking on that particular product.

Chocolate in hot weather?
If you live where it is really hot, it may be a good idea not to order chocolate/chocolate bars.
If you are unlucky it has melted on the way and will not be that funny to unpack.
Purchasing chocolate or confectionery destined for countries with hot climates is done so at your own risk.

I bought a product that has been recalled, what happens now?
Occasionally, a product may be recalled by the manufacturer if it is found that the labeling is in some way incorrect or if it is found to contain an allergen that is not included on the packaging.
We keep track of the Swedish Food Agency's (Livsmedelsverket) updates on such products and will notify any customer that may have purchased any of these products.
If it turns out that you bought a recalled item, you will of course get the money back for it, whether you have eaten it or not.
Do I need to create a user account to place an order?
No, you can place your order as a guest.
However, we always recommend creating an account to get access to some good features such as order history, package tracking and reorder.
