Kockens

Kockens AB is a Swedish company and brand known for spices, which has been owned by the food company Culinar since 2008. It is part of the Lyckeby Stärkelsen group, owned by around 1,000 potato farmers in southern Sweden. The company is based in Fjälkinge, about 10 kilometers east of Kristianstad. In addition to spices, Kockens also markets mashed potatoes, potato starch, and thickeners, as well as gluten-free flour under the Lailas brand.
