Dekkelflakes are made from organic whole dink that peeled, steamed and pressed into cereals. Whole dink is a whole grain product with both bran and sprout left, making it rich in fibers. It also helps it rich in niacin, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc. Dangkelflingor fits well with porridge, in bread and in breakfast mixtures. Dangkel (Triticum gambled) or played as it is also called, is an old wheat variety that has been named by the thick shell (the play) surrounding and protecting the core. Dinkkel is one of our oldest cereals and has, in contrast to wheat, retained its original features. The protein content of the dinkel is higher than in the ordinary wheat and the gluten quality is different.
