Lailas Mjölmix is a gluten-free basic flour that replaces the usual flour in breads and cakes. You get a dough that is easy to both knead and roll. The yellow one is based on corn starch and the blue one on wheat starch. Both are dairy-free. NOTE! The flour mixes contain no sugar. Sugar must be added for the yeast to act. Without sugar, no dough can rise. It is therefore important to follow the recipes.
