Kungsörnen Pitepalt - 1000g

Kungsörnen Pitepalt from Lantmännen is a perfect mix to have at home when you want to cook traditional Swedish house cheese quickly and easily. Palt, kams, clabbe, lollipop, clobber and dumpling — dear child has many names. In addition, there are a plethora of different variants on the palt. With the King's Eagle Pitepaltmix you can follow your traditions and easily make your own variant. All you need is to mix the mix with 1.2l water and then shape the dough into about 20 balls. If you want, you can fill the balls with any filling (about 600g total, one tablespoon per ball). Finally, simmer the balls for about 45 minutes in lightly salted water and you can serve lovely freshly cooked pitepalt. Easier palt than that it won't be!
