Kavli Skagenost is a creamy soft cheese made from selected classic cheeses, flavored with 10% seafood (hand-peeled crayfish tails and iceberg shrimp) and seasoned with mustard seed, paprika, cinnamon and coriander. Fat content only 14%.Kavli's soft cheese is locally produced in Älvsjö. To get the best possible quality and taste of our products, we always use first-class hard cheese and the best ingredients. All our soft cheeses are pasteurized and you can eat them if you are pregnant.Kavli soft cheese is great to have on the sandwich, as an ingredient and flavoring in cooking in e.g. soup, pie or pasta sauce.
