Organic whole grain couscous. Fantastic in warm and cold salads and instead of rice, pasta or potatoes. Gentle and rather neutral taste. Coucous is manufactured by minced durum wheat, and the small grains must therefore not be cooked to be clear. Couscous has a neutral wheat flavor. To get more taste, one can add olive oil or spices directly into the water, or use broth still for water. The guarantee's ecomark indicates that an item is organic and sometimes also KRAV-marked.
