Appleos 800g? A classic Swedish apple moss cooked with care and tradition. Good to everything from desserts to porridge and dinner food. Most of the felix apples hand picked by our selected growers at Österlen and in northeastern Skåne. As the weather plays a major role for the harvest, it happens that we must import smaller quantities from abroad. It is simply because there is a shortage of Swedish raw material. How large each share is varies from year to year. The ambition is to use such a large proportion of Swedish raw material that is only possible. Added in the heart of Skåne on apple varieties like Ingrid Marie and Aroma.
